🛠 Less Goals, More Results

You're busy, so we'll cut right to the chase. Goals are great. But they often drop when you don't have the right tools in place. So instead of preaching James Clear on you, we're gonna throw some Miley Cyrus at ya.

That's right, we're bringing out the wrecking ball energy. Which is reminding you:

90% of people quit their goals by Feb
If there's no accountability, there's no progress
Everybody that doesn't use Kernal is a weirdo*

*lied on the last one but you get the point.

You can take this goal template from a top VC coach or this one recommended by Andrew Wilkinson. But it matters SQUAT ALL if you're gonna quit your goals by Feb.

So instead - we're gonna give you 3 ways to make sure you get results with whatever goal you set:

💸 Put Money on the Line:

You heard us. Motivation dwindles, but money moves the dial. Give $100 or $1000 to your mentor, business partner or spouse and set monthly milestones to get a piece of that money back.

Build in Public with a Reward:

Stop shying away. Let the light pour in. Expose your goal and put a public reward on the line. Wanna write more? Tweet out "if I write one article every month for 12 months I'll treat myself to a week in Florida Jan 2024". Then follow up each month with a link to your blog.

Floss 1 Tooth a Day:

You've probably heard of KISS? Keep It Simple Stupid. The coles notes is to do something so simple every day it makes you laugh to not keep going. When I hear my dentist say "floss every day" I get overwhelmed and forget. When I said I was gonna floss one tooth/day I smirked and flossed every damn tooth that year. Why? Because it felt silly not to finish the task when I had started.
